At Hands 4 CPR, we believe that life-saving skills should be accessible to everyone — from healthcare professionals to everyday people who simply want to be prepared. Founded by Patricia Cattenhead, RN, Hands 4 CPR combines years of frontline medical experience with a passion for community education.
Patricia has worked in emergency medicine, trauma care, and nursing across some of Chicago’s busiest hospitals and health systems. She holds certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, Trauma Nursing, and Stroke Care through the American Heart Association and has trained countless individuals in critical lifesaving skills. Her mission is simple: to empower others with the confidence to act in an emergency.
Whether you’re a healthcare provider renewing your credentials or a parent learning CPR for the first time, Hands 4 CPR provides professional, hands-on instruction in a supportive environment.
Located in Chicago, we proudly serve individuals, schools, businesses, and organizations throughout the city and surrounding areas.
